당사는 2019년 1월 2일 모든 임직원이 참석한 가운데 본사와 공장간 화상회의 시스템을 통하여 시무식 행사를 실시하였습니다. 시무식에서는 2019년도 승격자에 대한 임명장 수여 및 우수사원 표창이 있었습니다.

2019년 신년사에서는

1. 본인 업무의 책임감과 주인의식 고취

2. 상급자로써 솔선수범하여 책임감 있는 업무수행

3. 변화가 많은 시장상황에서 소극적인 사고방식의 타파

4. 고객에게 지키지 못할 약속을 하여 회사의 신뢰를 실추시키는 안이한 태도 금지

5. 업무에 매진하는 직원만 살아남는 조직문화 쇄신

6. 당사의 모든 자산과 비용을 자기집 물건처럼 사용하는 주인의식 고취

7. 회사의 비상상황시 수수방관하지 말고 본인의 직무범위가 아니더라도 다함께

협심하여 문제 해결

더불어, 2019년 새해에는 본사 및 공장에서 회의를 정례화하여 서로 문제를 제기하고, 논의하고, 논쟁하고, 토론하고, 결과를 돌출시키고, 그 결과에 대하여 모두 합심하여 앞으로 나아가자고 하셨습니다.

On the January Second year 2019, Kick-off meeting was commenced with all of DRmetal staff members attended from Seoul office and Pohang Factory via video conference to commend promoted staff members and to award outstanding and most innovative staff member of the year.

For this year's 'New Year address' as follows

1. Have an ownership and a responsibility on given duty and task.

2. Take the initiative and set an example from senior staff members

3. Be proactive in changeable market

4. Only make an agreement that you can actually deliver. Don't make any un-planned agreements which leads to damaging company trust

5. Only the 'Working' staff member will stay in DRmetal

6. Use company assets and resources effectively

7. All staff members need to cooperates to find solution voluntarily in any case of any urgent, unexpected problem occurs

Futhermore, in Year 2019, Seoul Office and Pohang Factory will open video conference weekly on any on-going issues to discuss, debate and to find a solution which all staff members agree upon.

Risk Assessment Certification also known as Safety Certification is issued from KOSHA. DRmetal was inspected by KOSHA and passed in various safeties related assessments. With on-going safety training, DRmetal will maintain Accident Free Factory environments.
