....당사는 2018년 1월 2일 모든 임직원이 참석한 가운데 본사와 공장간 화상회의 시스템을 통하여 시무식 행사를 실시 하였습니다. 시무식에서는 2018년도 승격자에 대한 임명장 수여 및 우수사원, 제안상 표창이 있었습니다. 

2018년 신년사에서는 임직원의 노고를 치하 하셨으며, 서로 믿고, 의지하며 타인보다 앞장서서 모범을 보이고, 이를 바탕으로 우리들의 미래를 발전시켜 도약하자고 하셨습니다. 

 2018년 경영 목표는 영업 활성화를 위한 모든 역량의 집중과 지원 이라고 하셨으며, 목표를 이루기 위하여 영업의 극대화를 강조 하셨으며, 유관부서의 모든 역량을 영업부문의 지원에 힘써 달라고 하셨습니다. 또한 회사는 우리 모두의 것이며, 회사가 반석에 오르면 모든 임직원들에게 합당한 보상을 할것이며, 작은일부터 큰일 까지 모두 함께 하자고 말씀하셨습니다.
